Fispak and Trunet

TRUNATURE is the World's biggest Meat Netting manufacturer with BRC accredited facilities in the UK and Vietnam.

We offer their Traditional Nets, Q-Net, Stockinette and the unique Total Control Net as well as Poultry Loops, Bone Caps and Twine.

Traditional Meat Netting is made by covering Food Grade Latex with Polyester yarn and warp knitting it on cylindrical machines to produce nets of different strengths  and formats for use in the meat industry.  Standard colours are white and red/white but a wide range is available to order.

Fispak and Total Control NetTotal Control Net (patent pending)


The maximum diameter of this net is pre-determined and fixed and TCN is particularly useful where a constant diameter for portion control and slicing is required.

The patented knitting process enhances the net's power so that the amount of rubber can be minimised without compromising compression.


Box Pattern Net


A knitted polyester product suitable for emulsions stuffed on high pressure equipment., it produces a superior box pattern on hams and poultry meat and is easily removed from the product.  Available in nominal calibres of 110mm and 150mm.

Q-Net


A knitted Stockinette type net that is elasticated to give good shape to whole and boneless hams or emulsions.  It also allows good smoke penetration

Net Loader - Meat Packaging Netting Equipment

For faster, more efficient  production a range of net loaders is available.

A stuffing tube

is placed in the loader and net is fed onto it.  It is then removed and meat pieces can be net

ted through it while a

nother tube is being loaded.  Several tubes can be in use depending on the production levels required.


Poultry Loops Poultry Loops - Fispak


These roastable loops are made from cotton or polyester covered rubber.  The lengths  range from 4,5 to 16cm, available in a variety of colours.


Bonecaps - FispakBone Caps

These plastic caps are placed over the shank bone to protect the shrink or vacuum bag from puncture.  They must be removed before cooking.  Where the product is cooked in the bag - and so the cap cannot be removed - we offer a special roastable elastic cap.

Twines Fook packaging - Twine - Fispak

Both elastic and non elastic twines are offered for use on tying machines for meat and poultry.  They are supplied on food grade plastic cones and individually shrink wrapped.  Colours are white, red/white, green/white and blue/white.
