Cures

Indasia has a range of flavoured cures incliding Kasslat Honey, Kasslat Clove, Kasslat Highland and Kasslat Chinese.  They can be added to the normal brine cure to give a spectrum of flavour notes to the product.

Meats such as loin of pork or seamed cuts of leg of pork may be used.  The product may then be decorated on the outside with various crumbs for presentation purposes.
