Materials are available to pack every type of food from soft, thinly sliced ham, through products with rough surfaces such as peppered mackerel, to whole crab and other shellfish.  The many film combinations used are always specified to provide the  optimum level of gas permeability and puncture resistance with the best cost in use.

Cookable films provide the necessary temperature resistance for the required time period whether for pasteurisation, sterilising or retorting

Options are available such as lock seal, peel open, peel reseal, hanging holes, easy open notches and guides, recloseable ziplocks, stand-up and shaped pouches as well as a range of masterbatch pigments and metallised materials.

The basic vacuum bag range begins with high clarity 70 micron pa/pe co-extruded material, rising to 150 micron for products demanding a greater degree of protection - and special recipes where particular customer and product requirements must be met.

Our Combivac 70 vacuum pouch  meets the highest demands for trasparency, brilliance, aroma barriers and sealability, guaranteeing the shelf-life and presentation of the packaged products.

Materials are also formatted for form-fill-seal and thermoform applications for all vacuum, MAP and cooking applications whether straightforward or more demanding.
